Our Story
From a small team with a big vision to one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platforms — this is the story of x9gaming, what we stand for, and why thousands of players across the country choose us every day.
Who We Are
X9Gaming was founded on a straightforward belief: Malaysian players deserve a world-class online gaming experience without the compromises — no lagy interfaces, no opaque bonus terms, no payment headaches. That belief has guided every decision we've made since day one.
We launched as an English-language platform specifically designed to serve the Malaysian market. Our team understood that local players wanted sports betting coverage of Liga Super Malaysia and the EPL alongside proper live casino tables, all accessible through the payment methods they actually use — DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, and CIMB, among others. So that's exactly what we built.
"X9Gaming exists to give every Malaysian player — whether they're in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, or Shah Alam — access to a secure, fair, and genuinely enjoyable online gaming environment."
Over time, x9gaming has grown into a platform that hosts hundreds of game titles across slots, live casino, sports betting, live football, lottery, and arcade categories. We work with internationally licensed game studios to ensure every title meets rigorous standards for fairness and reliability. Our Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently certified, and our odds across sports markets are among the most competitive available to Malaysian bettors.
Equally important to us is the trust we've built with our player community. Responsible gambling has been part of our DNA from the start — not a regulatory checkbox, but a genuine commitment. We provide deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, and dedicated responsible gambling resources because we believe the best gaming experience is one that remains enjoyable over the long term. X9Gaming is strictly for players aged 21and above.
Today, thousands of active players across Malaysia log into x9gaming daily for live football betting, weekend EPL action, late-night slots sessions, or a quick hand of live baccarat. We're proud of the community we've built and even more committed to what comes next.
Our Mission
We measure success not just in player numbers, but in player satisfaction — fast withdrawals, fair games, transparent bonuses, and support that actually helps. Every feature we build and every partnership we enter is evaluated against one question: does this make things better for our players?
Our Vision
We envision a future where x9gaming is the default choice for Malaysian players who value quality, integrity, and a platform that genuinely understands local needs — from payment preferences to favourite sports competitions.
X9Gaming operates exclusively for players aged 21 and above. We actively promote responsible gambling through deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options. Learn more on our Responsible Gambling page.
What Drives Us
Six principles that shape every decision we make at x9gaming — from platform design to customer support, from bonus structure to responsible gambling commitments.
No hidden terms, no surprise fees. Every bonus comes with clearly written wagering requirements. Every withdrawal policy is spelled out plainly. We believe players make better decisions when they have the full picture.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, KYC verification, and continuous fraud monitoring. Your funds and personal data are protected by bank-level security infrastructure at all times.
All games on x9gaming use independently certified RNG systems. Our odds are set competitively and consistently. We do not manipulate outcomes — full stop. Fair play is non-negotiable for us.
We take responsible gambling seriously. Deposit limits, reality checks, self-exclusion — these aren't afterthoughts. We actively encourage players to use these tools and make them easy to access, because sustainable fun matters more than short-term revenue.
99.5% uptime guarantee. Withdrawals processed fast. Live odds refreshed in real time. We understand that slow performance costs players money and trust — so we invest heavily in infrastructure to keep things running smoothly.
X9Gaming is built around its players. We listen to feedback, iterate on features, and design loyalty rewards — from birthday bonuses to our referal programme — to give back to the community that makes this platform what it is.

Local First
X9Gaming was built from the ground up with Malaysian player in mind. This isn't a generic global platform with a Malaysian flag slapped on the login page. Our payment infrastructure, language choices, sports coverage, and customer support hours are all calibrated to what actually works for players here.
We support the widest range of local payment methods so Malaysian players can deposit and withdraw using what they already know and trust. From instant DuitNow transfers to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, and major local banks — topping up your x9gaming account takes under two minutes.
On the sports side, we know that Malaysian players follow Liga Super Malaysia closely — not just the EPL. We provide full coverage of local league fixtures, Asian handicap markets, and in-play betting on Malaysian matches alongside international competitions including the UEFA Champions League, UFC events, and the NBA.
Our customer support team is trained to understand the specific context of Malaysian players, from understanding local banking timelines to navigating game categories that resonate most with the local market. When you contact x9gaming support, you're speaking to people who understand where you're coming from.
